Coming from the Champagne are, I studied at the Ecole de Notariat de Paris, and after five years of good and loyal service as a articled Clerk to a civil law Notary I created my own real estate agency in Paris XIII . 30 years have passed, and after having passed the threshold of 1000 condominium meetings, and a few hundred sales, I returned my Parisian apron. In fact we bought a second home in the south and that precipitated the departure from Paris.

      3 -Renovation to be planned (general condition, septic tank, defective swimming pool, roof, possibility             development and improvement .....)

3 / ORGANIZATION OF VISITS

 

Airport reception, management of visits.

4 / PRICE NEGOTIATION

(between colleagues we tell each other everything), I will know if the property has been on sale for some time, what is negotiable and the leeway to get you THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?

Well, YOU WON'T PAY MORE  than if you had gone through a local agency, because the initial commission will be split between the agencies.

In order to embark on a serious project (research, visits, travel..) there is a fixed price of 300, witch will be FULLY from you, the latter will be FULLY REFUNDED to you on the day you are given the keys to happiness.
